A field diagnosis and work-order app for technicians and service teams — from one person with a phone to a whole fleet.

What it does

Diagnosis in the field. Describe a fault, attach a photo or a sound or vibration sample, and get a structured analysis: likely cause, steps to fix it and safety notes. Results support a technician's judgement; they are not a certification.
Work orders and approvals. Record jobs, send them for approval and keep an equipment history.
Teams. A team owner shares a monthly credit pool with technicians and sees the team's work in one place.
Encrypted backups. Your data on the phone is backed up encrypted, so a lost or replaced phone can be restored.

How we use your Google account

Sign-in. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile photo link and a user ID. We use them only to create your account, show who you are in the app and in your team, and contact you about your account.

Google Drive (optional). If you allow it, the app keeps an encrypted copy of your backup in a hidden app folder in your own Google Drive. It can see and change only the files it created there — nothing else in your Drive. Only the two most recent copies are kept, and they are deleted when you delete your account. You can remove the folder at any time in your Google Drive settings under Manage apps.

We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it except with the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your data

We keep only what the app needs, for fixed periods, and then delete it. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, or see how to delete your account.
